Italian herrb muffins

This muffin is great for spaghetti....
This recipe I found in one of TASTE OF HOME magazines that I have. This was in February /March 2006,Cyndee Page sent this recipe in, I hope she don't mind me putting it here.

Grease the muffin tin or use cupcake holders

You know the drill
first mix the dry ingredients;
2 cups all-purpose flour,
2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese,
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning,
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

then the wet ingredients
1 egg,
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil( healthy version canola oil),

then combine the wet to the dry ingredients,
just until moisten

Fill the muffin tin three-fourths full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out
clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan
to a wire rack.
I added a sprinkle of garlic powder to the mixture

In small bowl combine 1/4 cup butter, softened
with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and serve with
the muffins

The star of the show is the muffin not the pasta!

ENJOY!
