Zucchini Bread...

Yes, another recipe for Zucchini bread....
This one is from the Blue Ridge Boulevard Christian Church cookbook out of Independence, Missouri. This cookbook was published in January 1982 for the first printing and second printing in April of the same year, must have been very popular....
By the way this cookbook has 4 different recipes for zucchini bread

Shredded the squash
I used the grey one

 
combine all the ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
 
 
2 cups ground or grated zucchini
1 cup oil

 
3 eggs, beaten well
2 teaspoon vanilla

 
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda( baking soda)
3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 

                                                     Lightly grease and flour 2 loaf pans


                                                        Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour

 
let cool if you can before diving into
the bread....
