Amaretto-Peach Sauce

This recipe is from the 1001 muffin cookbook

                 Amaretto-Peach Sauce

                     Makes about 1/4 cup

1/4 cup Peach Preserves
2 Tablespoons Amaretto

    In small saucepan, set over low heat, warm peach preserves for 3-4 minutes before stirring in the Amaretto liqueur. Remove from heat, transfer to small bowl and serve at room temp.
