Sour Cream Biscuits


Due to working up some tomatoes, Green bell peppers, cucumbers ( relish, fire-roasted tomatoes)
I will not be posting pics of any bread today, but I will still be posting a bread recipe....to keep with my bread challenge....maybe I should have just challenge myself to make bread once or twice a week, nah ...

This recipe I'm posting today is from the Rogers 4-H  cookbook of 1983

                               Sour Cream Biscuits

3/4 cup butter , melted                                             2 cup self-rising flour
8 oz sour cream

    Mix and drop in muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden.
