Welcome to Prefall,..Fall...

Since Fall baking is upon us ,with the cooler nights are here...at least here in the Ozarks.....

Besides holiday/winter baking is just around the corner.....

The stores , Restaurants have rolled out the Fall ( red carpet) for us to start thinking about those cool

nights, pumpkin spice, and things that go along with the Fall of the year.

I have decided to embrace this

for the next few months, at least until the New year begins

So be prepared to find recipes that may contain;

apples,

applesauce,

peaches,

cranberries,

pumpkins,

fall garden goodies,

etc.

I think you get the just of it all...

These recipes may come from

old cookbooks,

new cookbooks,

old newspapers,

food magazines,

craft magazines,

etc...

so be prepared to enjoy all of these recipes...

and embrace Fall /Winter and all the baking it

involves...

Of course they may include

quick breads,

breads,

biscuits,

stuffing/dressing

scones,( I haven't never made them, but I will give it a try)

fritters,

Etc.
